As a certified executive coach and assessment interpreter, Darcy is passionate about strength-based development, positive psychology, and achieving results. She administers and interprets numerous assessments. Top requested tools include Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, EQI 2.0 Emotional Intelligence, Meyers-Briggs MBTI, Fibro-B Conflict Inventory, and StrengthsFinder.

Darcy has over 20 years of experience working in training and development. She excels at partnering with leaders as they grow, restructure, or reinvent their organizations at pivotal times. She specializes in designing and implementing programs for strategic planning, organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, and change management.
