Bruce H. Jackson, Ph.D., has dedicated his career to the development of individuals, teams, organizations, and communities that seek to maximize influence, leadership, and change. Bruce has worked with colleges/universities, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit institutions to develop and implement principles of performance, leadership, and change—for students, professionals, and public servants alike.

Bruce is the founder of The Institute of Applied Human Excellence—a training firm dedicated to helping individuals achieve peak performance. He wrote Finding Your Flow: How to Identify Your Flow Assets and Liabilities—the Keys to Peak Performance Every Day to increase awareness, clarify driving principles, and engage in strategic and focused change. The Finding Your Flow™ training program has been delivered to corporate and university audiences world-wide.


Christine Strak

Christine is the founder of AdminBrandingBox Management, an association and business management organization in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Christine has an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and holds certifications in meeting planning, risk management and inbound marketing. She has held sales and business operational roles in both finance and healthcare organizations. Additionally, Christine brings extensive nonprofit and board experience to her role with The Stivland Group.

She is passionate about mentoring new entrepreneurs and has been a Career Transition mentor since 1991.

In her leisure time, Christine enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, staying active in her community, and participating in various philanthropic interests.

Sarah Bridges, Ph.D., M.B.A. has over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, executive coach and leadership development consultant. Sarah advises senior executives at a broad range of Fortune 500 companies, including 3M, UnitedHealth Group, Ameriprise, Cardinal Health, Target, Alcoa, Cargill, and many venture and private equity groups. She also works with start-ups on issues of organization design, culture, and talent. Sarah uses a comprehensive approach in her client work, addressing executive assessment, organization design, performance management, leadership development, change management, succession planning, recruitment, and individual coaching. She addresses all of these sectors with a keen focus on achieving observable results and genuine return on investment for the company.
